Currently, we offer standard (first class) UK delivery at £3.95. This usually arrives within 2-3 working days, but can take a little longer for larger orders and to rural areas or non UK mainland.
Free Delivery Offer
Free delivery on orders over £35, courtesy of Bronnley. This offer is subject to stock availability for non trade customers paying full RRP only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Items in basket must total to £35 in order to qualify for free delivery. For Royal Household customers, the total after discount must be over £35 to qualify for free delivery. A signature may be required.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for late delivery due to the likes of terrible weather or postal service problems. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
If you were unable to sign for your Bronnley parcel, you should receive a card with collection information. Please endeavour to collect it within the timeframe or it will be returned to us and you will need to pay for resending your parcel.
Loss or Damages
Bronnley is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods, regardless of the method of delivery. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until after the 14 working day period for UK orders has passed.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if you provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address at checkout. In this case, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which you must pay to re-deliver to the correct address.
