This website is designed for the use of consumers only. Traders should contact the sales department at H Bronnley & Company direct.
The use of the site and the purchase of products therefrom are governed by the laws of England and Wales and falls under the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.
Orders are accepted subject to availability. We endeavour to have products in stock at all times, however if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prices are stated in UK pounds sterling and we are unable to accept payment in any other currency. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
Goods will be despatched within 10-14 days of order. You will be able to establish the exact date of despatch by logging on to your account with us.
Charges are as follows:
UK Orders under £25 £4.00
Orders £25 and above Free
Once accepted by us, orders cannot be cancelled.
All Bronnley products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. If you receive goods which are damaged, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving them we will, at your choice, refund your payment or replace the goods free of charge.
Export Enquiries
Overseas customers are advised to consult our export agent/distributor listing and enquire about details of their nearest national stockist.
